SMWC (Slapping Myself With Celery) indicates an extreme reaction similar to a “spit take” but more vegan-trendy. Often combined with other exclamatory acronyms. - WTF/SMWC, or perhaps ROTFL/SMWC.

widget 1) (gadget, gizmo) small applications used on web pages to provide specific functions such as a hit counter or IP address display. These programs can make good link bait. 2) a term borrowed from economics which means “any product or commodity.”
splog Spam Blog which usually contains little if any value to humans, and is often machine generated or made up of scraped content.
sock puppet an online identity used to either hide a persons real identity or to establish multiple user profiles.
mashup A web page which consists primarily of single purpose software and other small programs (gizmos and gadgets) or possibly links to such programs. Mashups are quick and easy content to produce and are often popular with users, and can make good link bait. Tool collection pages are sometimes mashups.
Google bomb The combined effort of multiple webmasters to change the Google search results usually for humorous effect. The “miserable failure” - George Bush, and “greatest living American” - Steven Colbert Google bombs are famous examples.

Ламер - человек, плохо разбирающий в компьютерах, и активно пытающийся доказать словами или поступками обратное. Слово имеет оскорбительный оттенок.
Флуд - (от англ. flood – поток, потоп) - поток бессмысленных сообщений. Человек, от которого исходит флуд, называется, по логике английского языка, флудером. А его флудерская практика – как флудерством, так и флужением. Как правило на форумах, конференциях, или чатах за флудерство банят.
Плагин (от англ. Plug-in) - программный компонент-прибавка к браузеру, позволяющая реализовать дополнительные функции. Например, просмотр Flash -мультипликации, прослушивание музыки в mp3, просмотр документов в формате .pdf и т.п. Большинство плагинов бесплатны и могут быть скачаны с сайта производителя. Некоторые элементы страниц сайтов могут требовать того или иного плагина. Если нужный плагин у вас не установлен, браузер, как правило, автоматически предложит вам установить его.
«IMHO» — In My Humble Opinion («по моему скромному мнению»), реже считается расшифровкой In My Honest Opinion («честно говоря»), или In My Horrible Opinion («по моему ужасному мнению»).
RTFM — аббревиатура, первоначально означавшая Read The Following Materials [источник?] (прочитай сопроводительную документацию), однако позднее всё чаще расшифровуемое как Read The Fucking Manual (прочитай грёбаное руководство). Это наставление обычно даётся в ответ на вопрос, ответ на который можно легко найти, прочитав соответствующую документацию, и является намёком на то, что спрашивающий впустую тратит время собеседников
Aggregator: Software and applications that retrieve content from the web via structured feeds published by websites, podcasts, vlogs and other online content publishers.
Atom Feed: A protocol for sharing content; using an XML file. It is one of the main ways to syndicate content from publishing platforms such as blogs and websites, with the protocol pushing new content out to subscribers.
Blog (weblogs): A simple content management system designed to make content publication simple for non technical people for the initial purpose of maintaining online diaries. Blogs have evolved to be key drivings of news and discussions online due to the ease of use and immediacy of outputs. They have also become an integral part of many integrated marketing strategies as they provide a great tool for building communities, managing online PR and contributing to other efforts such as Search Engine marketing.
Blogosphere: The term given to the ever growing collection of blogs across the internet. The expression was coined due to the interconnectivity of blogs with many of them entwined via comments, links and trackbacks creating a perceived sphere.
Podcast: An audio file made available online for users to download and provided via feeds and syndication. Podcast content can vary from traditional music to news, reviews, presentations and audio diaries.
RSS (Really Simple Syndication): A family of content feed formats (using XML) used to publish content from websites, blogs, podcasts and other publishing platforms. An RSS document may contain either a summary of the content or the full version. RSS also includes the older versions known as RDF Site Summary and Rich Site Summary.
Tag Cloud: Is a visual representation of the content tags for a website, blog or community. Font size is used to indicate the relative use of the tag - with larger fonts used for the most popular tags.
Trackback: A tool that allows content that references other content to provide a connection between the two items. It's typically used by bloggers to link back to posts they have reference in their content. Trackbacks allow readers of blog content to follow conversations across several blogs on a particular topic.
Vlog or video blog: Is simply a blog where the content is provided in the form of video rather than text or audio. Like blogs and podcasts, vlogs can be syndicated via feeds.
Wiki: Community publishing tool or website that allows users to edit and control content. Wikis are collaborative projects that can be used to create extensive databases with the resource developed and expanded by its users.
